Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for project managing work streams – establishing and owning communications and processes, while exercising project controls. As Project Manager you must plan and demonstrate a cohesive understanding of work stream prioritization, deliverables, tasks, dependencies, team resourcing, forecasting and process. In addition, the PM must constantly assess project risks and communicate contingency plans to the necessary stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities
- You will continue to develop and evolve the internal PM process for all projects - this includes analysis of tracking, scheduling, communication, and PM programs
- Manage timelines for all projects and ensure backup plans are in place
- You will use your agency experience to expertly managing campaigns with multiple work streams and stakeholders
- Closely collaborate with resourcing partners and freelancers to ensure the right teams are assigned to the right projects
- Communicate clear ways of working and process expectations with all members of the team , including external partners, and executives throughout the duration of your projects.
- Develop, own, and maintain all documentation to support each project through all phases: Outlining scope of work, schedule, and budget.
- Be the liaison between the client and the studio. Maintain and initiate correspondences with clients according to each phase, clients needs, and demonstrate command of the project and the creative process.
- Attend client meetings. Evaluating all necessary processes, schedule, project stages and team involvement.
- Field new and existing client inquiries, such as; providing information on proposals, onboarding schedule, and invoices.

Required Traits

Experience and Education Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of agency experience, (in similar industry to creative agency or branding)
- Related degree in; business, design and/or art
- Experience and knowledge of the graphic design, marketing, branding process
- Master of excel and google docs
- Adobe suite, illustrator, photoshop, indesign knowledge a plus
- Understanding of the entire creative process from strategy to delivering post-production / final assets
- Agency experience a must (additional in-house experience a bonus)
- High competency and proven track record of project management of large engagements and integrated creative projects.
- Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel.

We are seeking a junior Graphic Designer with an understanding of modern storytelling and content creation to bring original ideas and finished designs to our clients across digital, print and social.
Job Description
As a junior designer, you will be responsible for contributing original design executions— demonstrating and maintaining a high standard for visuals and overall aesthetics. You possess a deep understanding of how design works, looks and feels across all digital platforms (including ecomm and social).
You will be a big part of a small creative team. This is a part time, remote position with the opportunity to go full time for the right candidate.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create digital content for all platforms — still and gifs, video editing a plus
- Build creative decks for client presentations and marketing toolkits for projects
- Work with an Art Director and create original designs for client projects (print and digital)
- Initiate graphic designs for internal social media and website
- Support the research and execution of new creative ideas (i.e. marketing campaigns, event collateral, etc.)
Required Traits
- Possesses a well-developed clean and modern aesthetic
- Photo curation and editing within Bridge with a deep understanding of the best specifications for content across digital platforms
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc) is your best friend - you know it like the back of your hand
- Knowledge of digital production and FIGMA is a must
- Package and preflight files for release to vendors or printers
- Self-motivated, self-managing and works well within a team
- Detail and solution oriented with strong communication skills
- Plugged into the digital space and can recommend new formats and tools based on client needs

We are seeking a fantastic art director for on-set projects
Job Description
Our ideal candidate has a simple modern aesthetic, a passion for content creation, understands how to tell a good story through photography. You will be working with a small creative team on a project by project basis along with the founder/creative director. Must have a strong background on set, working with photographers, stylists, producers, set designers etc.
This is an ongoing contract position and is not guaranteed full-time. Candidates should be available to start work immediately and be located in the LA Metro Area.
Primary Responsibilities
3 or 5-year degree in photography, design, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
Extensive experience and strong understanding of how to produce photoshoots
Proven experience with on-set standards and best practices
Ability to creatively problem-solve in a high-volume workflow studio
Knowledge of apparel on-body and flat styling techniques across the retail industry and in various fashion categories, with specific attention to fit for both intimates and the plus-size body
Working knowledge of Capture One, Photoshop, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must have a keen eye for detail and visual composition
Experience with merchandise coordination and demonstrates set management skills
Strong communication skills including the ability to work in a team environment, give honest, direct feedback, and is a solid verbal and written communicator
Meets deadlines, prioritizes appropriately, copes well with change, and maintains composure under pressure
